All 8th-grade promotion exercises for Waukegan Public Schools middle schools will once again be hosted at the Genesee Theatre in downtown Waukegan. The events are scheduled for May 20 and May 21. 

On Monday, May 20, students from the following schools will participate in promotion exercises. 

Juarez Middle School - 10 a.m.

Smith Middle School - 2 p.m.

Benny Middle School - 5 p.m.

On Tuesday, May 21, students from the following schools will participate in promotion exercises.

Lewis Middle School - 10 a.m..

Abbott Middle School - 1 p.m.
