Parents of students new to District 60 will have the chance to complete the registration process for the 2023-2024 school year during two new student registration events this month. 

The events will take place Thursday, July 13 and Thursday July 20. Both events will be held from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Welcome Center, 742 W Greenwood Ave. Parents planning to attend these registration events are asked to please make an appointment here to reserve their spot. 

Parents are asked to bring the following documents to the events:
-Your child’s original birth certificate

-2 Proofs of Residence within the past two months, (water, gas or electric bill within last two months; lease; mortgage; Illinois Driver’s License or Illinois Identification Card). If a proof of residency is in someone else’s name, a notarized affidavit letter from that person will be required.

Please note that any student who speaks any language other than English will be required to take an English language evaluation. Please call 224-303-3630 for a separate appointment.

Los padres de estudiantes nuevos al Distrito 60 tendrán la oportunidad de completar el proceso de inscripción para el año escolar 2023-2024 durante dos eventos de registro de estudiantes nuevos este mes. 

Los eventos se llevarán a cabo el jueves 13 de julio y el jueves 20 de julio. Ambos eventos se llevarán a cabo de 1 p.m. a 7 p.m. en el Centro de Bienvenida, 742 W Greenwood Ave. Se les pide a los padres que planean asistir a estos eventos de inscripción que hagan una cita aquí para reservar su lugar. 

Se les pide a los padres que traigan los siguientes documentos a los eventos:
-El acta de nacimiento original de su hijo/a

-2 Pruebas de Domicilio dentro de los últimos dos meses (factura de agua, gas o electricidad dentro de los últimos dos meses; contrato de arrendamiento; hipoteca; Licencia de Conducir de Illinois o Tarjeta de Identificación de Illinois). Si una prueba de domicilio está a nombre de otra persona, se requerirá una carta de declaración jurada notariada de esa persona

Tenga en cuenta que cualquier estudiante que hable un idioma que no sea inglés deberá realizar una evaluación del idioma inglés. Llame al 224-303-3630 para programar una cita por separado.
