Today marks the beginning of Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month. Our District is excited to celebrate and honor the rich heritage of Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders throughout the month of May.

As part of our celebration, our DIstrict's FACE department will host its AAPI Heritage Month celebration on Friday, May 3 at Jack Benny Middle School. The event will begin at 5:30 p.m.

During the free celebration, families will have an opportunity to learn about the important contributions and achievements of Asian American and Pacific Islanders. There will also be special performances, student presentations, and free food.
