Waukegan Public Schools is taking over Six Flags Great America in May and you could be joining us! Our District is hosting an opportunity for some lucky Waukegan families to enjoy a day of excitement and fun. The trip will take place on Saturday, May 11. Winners will receive free admission, parking, and a meal voucher.
How Can You Apply to Join?
Parents are asked to log into Abre through their preferred internet browser or the Abre app, and enter their student token between April 1 and April 30, to be entered in a drawing for up to four tickets to Six Flags Great America! All parents in District 60 should have already received an Abre instruction letter in the mail that has their student login token on it.
Parents can become eligible for additional entries to the drawing if they attend their child’s school’s GPTO meetings or district parent group meetings such as Black Parent Network or D60 Dogs.
Winning families will be announced on May 2, and winners will have the chance to pick up their tickets the week of May 6 at the Lincoln Center, 1201 N. Sheridan Road,

Las Escuelas Públicas de Waukegan se apoderarán de Six Flags Great America en mayo, ¡y usted podría acompañarnos! Nuestro Distrito será anfitrión de una oportunidad para que algunas familias afortunadas de Waukegan disfruten de un día de emoción y diversión. El viaje se llevará a cabo el sábado 11 de mayo. ¿Cómo Se Puede Participar?
Se pide a los padres que inicien sesión en Abre a través de su navegador de Internet preferido o de la aplicación Abre, e introduzcan su ficha de estudiante entre el 1 y el 30 de abril, ¡para participar en un sorteo de hasta cuatro entradas para Six Flags Great America! Todos los padres del Distrito 60 deberían haber recibido ya por correo una carta de instrucciones de Abre con el código de acceso del estudiante.
Los padres pueden ser elegibles para entradas adicionales al sorteo si asisten a las reuniones de GPTO de la escuela de su hijo/a o a las reuniones de grupos de padres del distrito como Red de Padres Afroamericanos o D60 Dogs.
Las familias ganadoras se anunciarán el 2 de mayo, y los ganadores podrán recoger sus entradas la semana del 6 de mayo en el Lincoln Center, 1201 N. Sheridan Road.
