Parents new to District 60 looking to enroll their children in kindergarten for the 2024/25 school year still have time to reserve a time slot to complete the registration process during one of our upcoming New Kindergarten Registration events. 

Events are scheduled for March 9, April 6 and April 27. These events will run from 8 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. at  Whittier Elementary School, 901 N. Lewis Avenue. Parents planning to attend these registration events are asked to please make an appointment here.

Parents are asked to bring the following documents to the registration events: 

-Child’s original birth certificate

-2 Proofs of Residence within the past two months, (water, gas or electric bill within last two months; lease; mortgage; Illinois Driver’s License or Illinois Identification Card). If a proof of residency is in someone else’s name, a notarized affidavit letter from that person will be required.
