Dear Families and Staff,
Following several months of planning, our District is in the process of finalizing our preparations for the eventual return of students and staff to our buildings. While this planning process has been all encompassing across our District’s departments, our largest emphasis has been centered around implementing new ways to ensure the safety of our students, staff and visitors upon their return.
Currently, there is still no official date set for our transition back to in-person instruction. However, once the transition to our Hybrid learning structure is made, individuals who enter any of our buildings will notice a variety of new safety, sanitation and procedural changes. We know many of our staff members, students and parents may have questions about what schools will look and feel like, and what new safety precautions they can expect.
In an effort to help answer some of these questions, our team has put together a series of Hybrid Safety Videos designed to lay out these new procedures and expectations. The videos can be found in English and Spanish on our website as well as our District’s YouTube channel, and will cover a variety of important topics related to safety and sanitation procedures and protocols. We strongly urge everyone to familiarize themselves with the topics covered in these videos. Please be on the lookout for additional training videos in the future.
In closing, I wish to thank the staff members who worked to put these videos together. And as always, thank you for your patience and understanding during this time, and we look forward to eventually welcoming everyone back safely and smoothly.

Estimadas Familias y Personal,
Después de varios meses de planificación, nuestro Distrito está en el proceso de finalizar nuestros preparativos para el eventual regreso de los estudiantes y el personal a nuestros edificios. Si bien este proceso de planificación ha abarcado todos los departamentos de nuestro distrito, nuestro mayor énfasis se ha centrado en implementar nuevas formas de garantizar la seguridad de nuestros estudiantes, personal y visitantes a su regreso.
Actualmente, todavía no hay una fecha oficial establecida para nuestra transición de regreso a la instrucción en persona. Sin embargo, una vez que se realice la transición a nuestra estructura de aprendizaje Híbrido, las personas que ingresen a cualquiera de nuestros edificios notarán una variedad de nuevos cambios de seguridad, saneamiento y procedimientos. Sabemos que muchos de los miembros de nuestro personal, los estudiantes y los padres pueden tener preguntas sobre cómo se verán y se sentirán las escuelas, y qué nuevas precauciones de seguridad pueden esperar.
En un esfuerzo por ayudar a responder algunas de estas preguntas, nuestro equipo ha reunido una serie de Videos de Seguridad para el Aprendizaje Híbrido diseñados para exponer estos nuevos procedimientos y expectativas. Los videos se pueden encontrar en Inglés y Español en nuestro sitio web, así como en el Canal de YouTube de nuestro distrito, y cubrirán una variedad de temas importantes relacionados con los procedimientos de seguridad e higiene. Le impulsamos encarecidamente a todos a que se familiaricen con los temas tratados en estos videos. Esté atento a videos de capacitación adicionales en el futuro.
