District 60 to Host Diverse Learner Notice of Procedural Safeguards Informational Presentation

Our District's Diverse Learner Department will be hosting an informational Zoom presentation later this month to educate parents on the Notice of Procedural Safeguards For Parents/Guardians of Students of With Disabilities.
During the presentation parents will become familiar with this important document, which spells out parent rights and responsibilities in the special education system. These components include, Prior Written Notice, Consents, Dispute Resolution Options and more.
Sessions will be held through Zoom in both English and Spanish on Thursday, April 18, with the English session taking place at 6:30 p.m., and the Spanish Session following at 7:30 p.m. Links to both sessions can be found below:

Nuestro Departamento de Aprendices Diversos del Distrito será el anfitrión de una presentación informativa en Zoom a finales de este mes para educar a los padres sobre el Aviso de Procedimientos de Seguridad para Padres/Guardianes de Estudiantes con Discapacidades.
