About the
Bilingual Parent Advisory Committee (BPAC)
The Bilingual Parent Advisory Committee also known as BPAC is a group of individuals that represent the interests of English Learner (EL) students in Transitional Bilingual Education (TBE) programs as required by Illinois School Code. BPAC is focused on helping bilingual parents and community members better understand how bilingual programming works so they may advocate for the academic needs of their students.
