Student Registration

ONLINE REGISTRATION for returning students click here.   These are currently enrolled students needing to be registered for next school year.  If the student is not currently enrolled in Waukegan Public Schools and you are needing to register to start again this year, please click on the New Student link below.

ONLINE REGISTRATION for new students (PK-12):

Registration paperwork for new Pre-Kindergarten through 12th grade students is available online. You may click the link below to fill out your forms at home.  Parents of potential pre-k students will be contacted to set up a screening appointment.  Parents of children in grades kindergarten through 12 need to schedule an appointment to bring your child's original birth certificate, two proofs of residency, physical and immunization records, and Illinois transfer form from the last school (if applicable) to the Welcome Center at 742 W. Greenwood Avenue in Waukegan.  An appointment may be made by clicking on the following link Registration Appointment.

If you do not have online computer access at home or do not have an email address, you may use a computer station at the Welcome Center to fill out the forms.

Online registration uses pop up boxes. Please make sure you have pop-ups enabled for this site. This is for new students only.

Parents of CURRENT Waukegan Public School students should have registered through their parent portal account.   School secretaries will return on July 29th to assist parents of current students needing to re-register.
