The Winter sports season is underway, and Waukegan High School basketball will host its annual Meet the Bulldogs event on Friday, November 22 beginning at 5:30 p.m. in the Dog Pound.

Ahead of the basketball season, we wanted to share some guidelines that have been implemented for basketball games to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all of our Bulldog fans. 

Entry Guidelines - Only high school students from Waukegan and the opposing team may enter, and a valid school ID is required for student admission - All students below high school age must be accompanied by an adult - Adults over 18 must be prepared to show valid identification upon request - No entry is allowed after the third quarter ends - No re-entry is permitted at WHS

Bag Policy - Backpacks are not allowed - Purses are permitted but should be small and limited in content to expedite security lines

Metal Detector Screening - Fans entering the Dog Pound will be screened using Open Gate metal detectors - Locations: Door 27 South (home entrance) and Door 29 North (away entrance)
