District 60 will hold a public meeting to discuss the District’s plans for providing special education services to students with disabilities who attend private schools or are home schooled within the District for the 2024-2025 school year. 

The meeting will be held on at 1 p.m. on  Tuesday, May 7 at Lincoln Center, 1201 N. Sheridan Rd. The meeting can also be attended virtually by clicking here. 

All District 60 parents, or parents who reside within district boundaries, of a private/parochial or homeschooled student who has been, or may be, identified with a disability are encouraged to attend. 

If you have further questions pertaining to this meeting, please contact Mr. Dave Nissen, Assistant Director of Diverse Learners at 224-303-1121.  Please note that this does not pertain to students who attend LEARN 9 Charter. Parents of Learn 9 students may direct questions regarding special education to their school’s administration.
