NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL ESTATE
Notice is hereby given that at 10:00 a.m., January 16, 2026, the Board of Education of
Waukegan Community Unit School District 60, Lake County, Illinois (“Seller”) will sell by
sealed bid at 214 Washington Street, Waukegan, IL 60085, the real estate described as follows and hereinafter sometimes referred to as the “Real Estate.”
The Real Estate consists of 11,986 ± square foot office building situated on a 26,295 ±
square foot parcel of land with the address of 742 West Greenwood Avenue, Waukegan, Illinois and identified with the Lake County permanent index numbers 08-09-321-027 and 08-09-325-025. At the sale, the Real Estate in its entirety will be sold by sealed bid with NO MINIMUM PRICE required.
Open-house information for interested individuals will be held on December 22, 2025, and December 29, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Terms and conditions of the sale are on file with, and available at, the Superintendent’s
Office of the School District, during regular office hours. Arrangements to obtain the terms and conditions of the sale and to view the Real Estate may be made through the Seller’s
