Notice of Special Board Meeting and Workshop

A Special Meeting of the Board of Education will be held on Tuesday, June 30, 2020, at 5:45 p.m. for Open Session, 5:00 p.m. for Closed Session. As a result of persistent public health concerns in the 60085 zip code area, and on the advice of medical personnel, the meeting will be conducted entirely remotely via GoToMeeting. Members of the public can join the meeting from a computer, tablet or smartphone by visiting https://global.gotomeeting.com/join/423225093. There is also an option to dial in using your phone by calling (571) 317-3129. When prompted, enter the access code: 423-225-093.
The meeting will feature a Public Comment portion. Members of the public wishing to address the Board are asked to sign up prior to the meeting, using the following form: https://forms.gle/XCjVzjTiBABjb3qn9. If you’re having difficulty accessing the form, or if during the course of the meeting you’re having technical difficulties, email [email protected] for assistance. Members of the public may also submit a written public comment to be read into the record by emailing [email protected]. Speakers will be called upon in the order in which they signed up.
