The Waukegan High School football team will host its inaugural mattress fundraiser on Saturday, March 17. The event is scheduled from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the gym of the Brookside Campus, 2325 Brookside Ave., Waukegan.

Members of the community are invited to attend the fundraiser, where more than 20 styles of mattresses, including pillowtop, posturepedic, and memory foam mattresses will be on display for purchase at deeply discounted prices. Mattress experts will also be on hand to assist with questions.

Proceeds from the event will go toward purchasing uniforms and equipment for the football team, as well as paying camp dues. For information contact the WHS athletic office at 837-360-5635.
