Ms. Michelle Williams, an art teacher at Greenwood and Clark elementary schools recently won first place at the Illinois Art Education Association (IAEA) Members Art Show. WHS Robotics Team Wins Competition at Abbott Labs

The Waukegan High School Robotics Team proved that the old adage “it’s not the size of the dog in the fight, it's the size of the fight in the dog” is indeed true, on its way to winning a competition at Abbott Laboratories this week. The Bulldogs’ team, which consisted of freshman Mike Sebes and senior Moises Villanueva, easily bested 18 other teams from Lake Zurich, Vernon Hills, Glenbrook South, Libertyville and Zion-Benton high schools Tuesday night at a robot challenge  READ MORE...
New Dates Announced for Several Parent University Classes

New Parent-Teacher Conference Dates, Grading Periods Dates Announced

Parent-Teacher conferences have been scheduled for December 10 and 11. Conferences will occur in the evening on both nights for all grade levels. Schools will now be closed on December 12. The day off on December 12 does not affect the final day of instruction. Also, revised grading period dates were also announced today. Quarter one will end on November 21. Semester one will end on February 6. Quarter three will end on April 15. Semester two will end on June 17.  READ MORE...
