Confidentiality and Maintenance of Personally Identifiable Information

POLICY

Student records and personally identifiable information of students eligible for special education services shall be confidential and maintained in accordance with the District's policies regarding "Confidentiality of Student Information and Records" and "Student Record Maintenance and Destruction", applicable to all students.
